At Adventure Tales, we believe in transparency and clarity. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable to all bookings made with us.

1. General Policy

*This policy applies to all vacations, tours, and travel packages booked with Adventure Tales on or after 04 September 2022.
*Refunds will be processed within 60-90 working days from the date of cancellation, or once the supplier(s) process the refund, whichever is later.
*For on-trip cancellations, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3045 working days from the return date or supplier confirmation.

Refund amounts may vary due to:

* Exchange rate fluctuations
* Refund amounts received from suppliers
* Payments already made by the customer

Any variation in the refund amount will be communicated by your dedicated travel consultant.

2. Flights

Non-Refundable Flights:
No refund will be provided for tickets marked "non-refundable" in your travel voucher.

Refundable Flights:
Refunds will be processed as per the airline's cancellation policy mentioned in your itinerary or voucher.

*Refund timelines and amounts may vary due to international exchange rates.
*Adventure Tales is not responsible for airline delays, cancellations, or rescheduling. Refund requests in such cases must be raised directly with the airline and are subject to their policies.

Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers must ensure:
* A valid passport with a minimum of 6–12 months validity depending on destination
* Arrival at the airport at least 23 hours before departure
* Compliance with airline web check-in and baggage policies, especially for low-cost carriers such as Ryanair, Jetstar, and Vueling

Missed flights due to late arrival, invalid documents, or non-compliance with airline rules are non-refundable.

3. Hotels

Non-Refundable Hotels:
No refund will be applicable.

Refundable Hotels:
Refunds will follow the hotel's cancellation policy mentioned in your itinerary or voucher.

Refund amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Adventure Tales is not responsible for:
* Hotel service quality, staff behaviour, or facilities
* Early check-in or late check-out, which are subject to hotel discretion
* Additional costs due to upgrades or alternative bookings during the trip

On-trip hotel cancellations or re-bookings will attract 100 percent cancellation charges for the original booking.

4. Activities and Experiences

Non-Refundable Activities:
No refund will be applicable.

Refundable Activities:
Refunds will be processed as per the activity provider's policy mentioned in your itinerary or voucher.

Refund amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Visa and Travel Insurance

*Adventure Tales acts only as a facilitator for visa applications.
*Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the concerned embassy or consulate.
*Visa fees are non-refundable, even in case of rejection.
*Any change in visa requirements during processing is beyond Adventure Tales control.
*Travel insurance, once issued, is 100 percent non-refundable.

6. Transfers and Transportation

*Refunds for private or shared transfers will follow the supplier's cancellation policy mentioned in your itinerary or voucher.
*Refund amounts may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

7. Force Majeure

Adventure Tales shall not be liable to refund or compensate for cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Natural disasters
* Pandemics
* Government restrictions
* Strikes
* Political unrest
* Weather-related disruptions

8. Refund Mode and Timeline

*Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
*Standard processing time is 60-90 working days, subject to supplier timelines, airline and hotel policies, and banking procedures.
